Rett Crowder

Rett Crowder was born in New Orleans, LA but his family moved to Madison, MS in 1976. Mr. Crowder attended Jackson Prep from 1984-1988 where he was a stand-out golfer which led to him signing a golf scholarship with Louisiana State University. Mr. Crowder’s career at LSU from 1988-1992 was full of honors including being named a 1991 Academic All-American, 1992 First Team All-SEC, and 1992 Honorable Mention All-American Team. Following his prestigious college career, Rett Crowder quickly began cementing his name in amateur golf history in Mississippi. Mr. Crowder is a 6-time Mississippi Amateur Champion (’92, ’98, ’99, ’00, ’01, ’03) with a streak of claiming four consecutive Mississippi Amateur titles. Crowder is a 2-time Mississippi Four-Ball Champion (’97, ’03) as well as a back-to-back 2-time Mississippi Mid-Amateur Champion (’98, ’99). Mr. Crowder’s golf accomplishments were not just on the state level. In 2000, Rett Crowder was a quarter-finalist in the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship, and in 2001 the Crump Cup Champion which was held at Pine Valley. After an illustrious amateur career, Mr. Crowder turned his sights on the Professional Tours. Crowder competed on the APT Tour from 2003 – 2007 claiming victory in the 2004 Lubbock Open. In 2006, he competed at the highest level playing in the Zurich Classic PGA Tour event. Rett Crowder currently resides in Madison, MS with his wife of 21 years, Sheila, and their four children, Shane, Blake, Brittany, and Rose. Present day Mr. Crowder is the Owner/Managing Member of Allegis Pharmaceuticals LLC., a position he has held since 2010.
