Host Hotel

Field size is limited to the first 16 paid teams. The tournament is scheduled for 36-holes of college tournament format.  Each team will use the four lowest scores of the five players each day for the team total.

 

Yardages (New for 2013): Players who are 49 years of age or younger will play approximately 6,700-6,800 yards (mix of blue and gold tees). Players who are 50 years of age or older will play the senior tees, approximately 6,200-6,300 yards (mix of white and blue tees).  

 

Eligibility: Open to all MGA member clubs in good standing.  All team members must be a regular member of the course/club they are representing. 

All players must apply on an official MGA entry form, or through the MGA Online Registration at www.missgolf.org/onlineregistration. Late, incomplete or inaccurate entry forms will not be accepted. Each MGA tournament has a designated field limit and may fill up. Entries are accepted on a first in basis until the entry deadline or until the tournament is full. The MGA Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject a tournament entry at any time. Entries must be received by 12:00 pm Central Time on the published entry deadline date. Entry deadline Friday, November 4th.

Entry Fee:  $1375.00 per team/$275 per person (all credit or debit card payments will include a $50 processing fee). Online team registration is available our our website www.missgolf.org.  Includes golf, cart and range fees, hosted breakfast buffet, box lunch, and a hosted beverage cart on Saturday and Sunday.

Bryan Cup Rates:

Corporate cottages - $150 plus tax

2 Bedroom condo - $300 plus tax

3 Bedroom condo - $450 plus tax

4 Bedroom condo - $600 plus tax

 

 

Division Minimums for Full MGA Points

Regular Division: 50 players

Senior Division: 15 players

Super Senior Division: 7 players

 

If the full field for each divison is not met, the points will br pro-rated.

Practice Rounds are available at a discounted rate. Please call the golf shop to arrange 662-494-8780.

If a player withdraws prior to the entry deadline he will receive a full refund, minus a $20.00 administration fee. If a player withdraws after the entry deadline has passed, the player will not receive a refund.

Rules and Regulations

All entrants agree to abide by all MGA Rules and Regulations concerning dress codes, gentlemanly conduct on the Club premises and course beverage policies. Individuals may not bring beverages on the club premises. Contestants (and their caddies) are to observe proper golf etiquette at all times. Any abuse or disrespect of fellow competitors, officials, spectators, employees of the host facility, or other persons conducting or attending an MGA sponsored event can be grounds for disqualification from the event and possible rejection of entry for future MGA events. Such abuse may be verbal or physical or threat thereof and includes, but is not limited to: the use of obscene language, physical damage to property or equipment of the MGA or host facility. Appropriate golf attire is required at all MGA events. This includes collared shirts with sleeves that must be properly tucked in at all times, walking shorts or slacks. The dress code of the host facility will prevail if there is any question. All MGA Tournaments are soft spoke only events.
